  • If catching the fountain show is on your list, try to arrive around 30 minutes ahead of your chosen showtime to grab a great viewing spot. While most guests spend around one hour and thirty minutes exploring At The Top, Burj Khalifa, feel free to linger longer and soak it all in at your own pace.
  • During peak winter season and festive periods, do expect longer queues and possible waiting times. The VR experience does not operate for visitors arriving before 08-30 in the morning.
  • Children between 0 and 2 years of age can enter completely free and don't require a separate ticket. Please be advised that service animals are unfortunately not permitted on this tour.
